1997 Island Packet 45
Sandy beaches, towering cliffs, and deep fjords, icebergs, and remote locations—The Island Packet 45 is designed to undoubtedly deliver you to the extreme latitudes on planet earth. Head from home to the equator and dive into the southern or northern poles; Pelorus Jack is built to roam the sea and keep you safe on your epic adventure. She boasts a huge fuel capacity (530L) and water capacity (909L) and has the ability to be self-sufficient for long periods of time.
This Island Packet 45 was launched in 1997 and lived its life in the USA. She eventually sailed to New Zealand where she has enjoyed sheltered coastal sailing around Auckland and Northland at the top of the North Island. Her New Zealand owners had her electronically upgraded to take both 110v and 240V shore power connections, allowing her to cruise the world and plug into any marina.
She has been beautifully upgraded with lithium batteries and a large solar array, as well as a 2000w inverter. It's now a very modern boat with its B&G Zeus electronics package.
The interior is beautiful, and the benchtops are a real standout in dark, dark black. The bathrooms have been upgraded with new fittings and grey splashback on the bulkheads.
These boats are renowned for their quality fittings, but this example has raised the bar and presents as a shining example of how a fantastic classic-style safe, strong, solid yacht is the appropriate choice over today's production boats. That must be where the name Stardust comes from, because you won't find a shining example like this very easily.
With 1980 engine hours and a good service history, injectors have been recently removed, checked, serviced, and reinstated.
+ Taxes if applicable
Stardust is located in Fiji and is available for viewing!
