Well maintained 1991 Fleming 53 trawler with a generally high standard. Tailored carpets on the floors inside, good canopy on the flybridge.
Full teak package on all decks. The furnishings are in cedar wood and the interior is bright and inviting. There are new cushions in alcantara covers on the flybridge, mattresses and headboards have also been reupholstered in all the cabins.
Water-borne heat for radiators throughout the boat as well as good insulation make the boat excellent  for use all year round.
The boat was sandblasted and four layers of epoxy applied in 2014. Services are carried out regularly, by a first-class authorized mechanic, and the boat is lifted ashore and serviced every year.
Little wear and tear, considering that this is a 33-year-old boat!
