Cassandra’s broker notes:

The current owners have enjoyed His Mink over the last five years, day sailing the local waters.  When you step on board, you really appreciate the opportunity this vessel offers for your adventures.  I forgot how beamy the Island Packet 38 is and she feels so solid–you could literally take her anywhere.  Lastly, I’m always impressed with the craftsmanship of the interior joinery.  Island Packet thinks of so many small details like the fold-up table that make living or vacationing aboard much more enjoyable without the cramped feeling.  This boat is a great example of a classic sailing vessel that holds its value and truly offers another level of sailing experience.
