"DOUBLE NATURAL" As with all Island Packets, Feels Much Bigger than 31 Feet!!! - We believe all systems and accessories are working (she has not been surveyed) -  Great Value - IP QUALITY BUILD & READY FOR SOME TLC.

The Island Packet 31 is Island Packet's most popular model of all time.  She is the BIGGEST BEST cruiser of her size.  With a clever, private, aft cabin and a saloon table that stores out of the way, she has the interior space, privacy and comfort of a much larger yacht. Her cutter rig and single line reefing makes the 31 easy to handle in all kinds of weather conditions. When the wind doesn't blow, the Yanmar diesel moves her easily and efficiently. The 31 is a great boat for a family or a couple and their guests with 2 private cabins, lots of elbow room and plenty of storage. The 31s are well designed and well built. Second Step is a best value!

Beginning at the bow, there is an anchor locker large enough to accommodate two complete anchor rodes.

The Vee Berth follows aft with an opening port and a large opening hatch that combine with two reading lights providing great ventilation and light.  There is lots of storage with a hanging locker on port of entrance, shelves on both hull sides and 2 cabinets under the berth.  Every bit of space is used.

A large Head is aft on starboard with sink, shower, teak towel holder and mirror.  Again, there is good light and ventilation with an opening port and hatch.  There are a door to the Vee Berth and another to the Saloon.  It gives more of a feeling of privacy

The Main Saloon follows with an “L” shaped settee on starboard that converts to a double berth. Across on port is a straight settee long enough to serve as a comfortable  single berth. There is a shelf and cabinet on both hull sides above the settees and  a large hanging locker forward by the entrance to the vee berth providing lots of extra storage.  The starboard side dining table folds up and stores on the forward bulkhead when not in use adding lots of open space. The table can comfortably sit up to 6 family and friends.  The saloon has an opening hatch, 6 opening ports and 4 reading lights giving the 31 great light and ventilation.  For safety, there are teak hand holds on both sides of Saloon.

A “U” shaped Galley follows aft on port with double sink, 2 burner propane stove & oven, large icebox/refrigerator, and lots of additional storage above and below the counter.

The Quarter Berth is aft on starboard and is large enough for a couple to comfortably sleep. The good sized forward facing Nav Desk unfolds upwards and utilizing the front of the aft berth as the desk chair.

The whole saloon, galley and nav area have a light and airy feel with the open design.

The deep Cockpit provides security & is long enough for sailing, entertaining and sleeping.  It is protected from the elements with a dodger, and bimini.  A fold down custom transom ladder gets you onto the teak and stainless steel swim platform.
