1980 Cape Dory 30

This Cape Dory 30 has been a freshwater boat and has been taken care of. Spacious interior with head and easy to single hand. Sails are original and can be used to sail, would recommend replacing. Standing rig is original to the boat as far as owner knows.  Electronics need updated. The boat is solid and motor starts right up. Kiltie needs buff, polish and teak done and it will be beautiful! In the photos you can see a black area at the bottom of the stairs. The owners spilled something there. It isn't rot, but needs replaced to be perfect.  It is currently winterized and on wrapped in storage. If you are interested please contact us, owners are open to offers.
